In Winter 2014, Condoville executives met with Momentum Developments, a Kitchener-Waterloo developer that had experienced tremendous success completing four condominium sites and another four condominium sites in the pipeline. After Momentum Developments’ Family & Friends and Grand Opening, required a different marketing approach to attract purchasers from the GTA. Given the great location, 100 Victoria Street, Kitchener, Ontario, steps from the proposed GO Station and downtown core, Shaminder proposed marketing an investor incentive that included a rental leaseback and property management services. Brock Boehler and Brian Prudham from the Momentum executive team obliged. In addition to marketing, Condoville created a presentation room dedicated to One Hundred in their New Homes and Condos Gallery and prepared all Agreement of Purchase and Sales. Within 8 months, the initial sales target of 20 suites was accomplished. By Fall 2015, sales exceeded $10M, which represented 30 transactions.
