Administrative Support
Once Condoville Real Estate is retained, all document duties are streamlined to ensure a positive post-sale experience. Responsibilities include; liaison between developer and lawyers, primary communicator with purchaser(s) i.e. updates regarding construction progress, occupancy & final closing; lead intake, sales centre presence, as well legal document execution including but not limited Agreement of Purchase and related documents, Tarion management, upgrades, etc.
