We aim to maximize the density based on the current regulatory city requirements while keeping in mind market absorption rates. This will provide a deeper understanding of product types, unit mix planning, and profit potential.

Our team will strive to maximize development potential and navigate the complicated and uncertain development process.

MANAGEMENT
Following a clear step by step process to begin the development cycle, clients gain access to a team of professionals that are actively involved in ensuring all communication by other parties is accurate, informative, and documented in addition to contract management i.e. creation, execution, analysis of terms and conditions, etc.
MUNICIPAL SERVICES
We work with many small and medium size developers across the GTA both in the commercial and residential space and we’d be happy to consult with you and guide you through the complex land use planning issues associated with development from the acquisition stage to final closing.
We work on freehold and condominium projects and we can help you through Tarion and HCRA registration, as well as negotiate and prepare all development agreements required for your project including but not limited to site plan agreements, disclosures, template agreement of purchase and sale, cost-sharing agreements, easements and severances. We can also assist with condo conversion projects (both on the residential and commercial side).
